Balayage & Ombré by Tina Fox
Balayage and Ombré highlights has been one of Tina Fox’s main hair colouring specialties over the pass several years. In 2010 she received advanced training in using this highlighting technique in Los Angeles – just when it was only starting to become popular. Since then she has perfected her own style and techniques, for achieving awesome results for her many clients in Wellington.
